Banri has 18 years of teaching experience in Japan. He specializes in business English, teaching a wide range of Japanese business professionals, from new recruits to top executives of some of Japan’s largest companies.

He has worked in talent recruitment at a megabank, corporate sales for an American insurance company, and area sales development with a multinational food and beverage conglomerate. He brings this business experience with him in teaching Japanese business professionals, focusing on the hard skills, i.e., presentations, negotiations, meetings, sales, etc.

• Regularly requested to facilitate Business English seminars and workshops by major companies in Japan and government ministries such as The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry, among others.
• Designed and facilitated a Business English program for senior management at one of the 5 biggest Japanese companies. This program was made a regular part of their senior management training curriculum.
